From old people to young people, anyone can suffer from sleeplessness. A person who normally needs to sleep for about 8 hours a day, even best to sleep before 11 p.m. But you just keep on, think about it, look at the clock and panic too late and worry. So how do we get enough sleep? Here are ways to help us quickly get a good night's sleep.

Say no to stress

  One important way to sleep is to stop the anxious thoughts from the mind. Falling rain and small music make it easy to sleep. If you are a person or a concern, avoid thinking about things that happen during the day. You should also not imagine things that are scary or violent. If you find yourself being too much of a concern, play a tone and drop soul into the music.

Schedule bedtime at certain hours.

• Set an alarm clock every day, including weekends. • Do not sleep. Should only sleep briefly about 15 to 30 minutes early afternoon.

Regular exercise

  Everyone is aware of the benefits of exercising. But a few know that exercising also helps to sleep better. Exercising for 20-30 minutes a day can help get a good night's sleep.   

However, make sure that the exertion activities should be avoided 2-3 hours before bedtime as it may have the opposite effect.

  Although alcohol has a sedative effect that helps a person sleep, it can also disrupt our sleep cycles and can suddenly wake up in the middle of sleep.   

The risk of snoring and sleep apnea may also increase if alcohol is taken just before bedtime.

Make sure your bedroom, sleeps-friendly

Often a comfortable environment can also help you to have a good sleep. And this can be done by

  • Keep the temperature of the bedroom cool, ideally between 60 degrees F-70 degrees F.
  • Turn off the device that sounds light or sound.
  • Use blackout curtains to ensure the room is dark enough.
