The footage left people inspired and in awe of the man's will power. The video was first tweeted by a user named Honey Goyal @tfortitto with a caption: '#Zomato you keep rocking, you made my day, this man is the inspiration for all who thinks there's life is screwed, please make this man famous'.

And thus started the quest to identify him. The Zomato employee was identified as Ramu - a differently-abled man who uses a hand-powered tricycle to deliver food.

While in the past, Zomato has faced flak for umpteen reasons - be it poor food quality ordelivery boys being unprofessional - this time they turned tables by showing settling an example of inclusive work spaces.

Soon after the video went viral, Zomato replied to the tweet saying, 'Hey there! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We take immense pride in our delivery partners as they are the ones who connect our users with great food — regardless of all obstacles .'

After seeing Ramu's dedication, a few suggested a crowd funding platform to get him a electric vehicle to make things easier.

In such cases, social media proves to be a really powerful tool. More people like Ramu deserve to be empowered and brands like Zomato are surely leading the way in this field.
