- 200g of black beans
- 50g of soy beans
- 50g of green beans

How to do it:
- Put the 3 types of beans in a pot of warm water and add a little salt. Leave it there for 30 minutes to remove the dirt.
- Pour the beans into a basket, separate the peel. Also remove the beans that float up.
