As for exercise, she started off just walking, and while it was a struggle, she’s progressed so far that she can now do kettlebell workouts in her office’s lounge whenever she has downtime.

After 14 months, Keely had shed over 120 pounds.

As for what’s in Keely’s future, she’s about halfway done studying for her personal trainer certification, and hopes to use that knowledge to help other people like her in the future.
