2-4 tablespoons of matcha powder

1 banana

1 little cinnamon powder

180 - 240ml of almond milk or coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup chia seed

1/4 to 1/3 cup of oatmeal

1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup or optional flavor

Except for chia seeds, put all ingredients in the blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the desired consistency is reached and enjoy.
