Decided to cook up some briskets on this episode. We did one Texas Style with salt and pepper and another brisket with a sweeter brisket rub from Bolners here in San Antonio.<br /> <br /> Notes: Started out the cook with the briskets on left and right side. We noticed the temps were off due to me not setting the tuning plates right. We decided to stack the briskets instead. (sorry didn't capture video of it). <br /> <br /> Final results: Brisket 1 with the sweet rub was fantastic! great taste and perfect cook throughout. 2nd brisket with salt and pepper was over cooked and somewhat burned on the flat side. The point and moist side was VERY good, but the flat was dry and way over done with a small burn on the bottom side.<br /> <br /> "Thats How You Learn!" lol..<br /> <br /> Hope you all enjoy the video.
