The people who dream of having a perfect body think that this training is pure magic. But a studyconducted by Rutgers University showed that those who do this at a fast pace are more prone to getting injured and suffering from inflammation of the knees and shoulders. It’s just that in order to do this kind of training, you have to have a certain level of preparation. But if you’re a beginner and decide to lose weight quickly, this is definitely not a good option for you.

Keeping all this in mind, make sure you always warm up before you train and move onto more intense exercises gradually.

2. Charcoal toothpaste

Recently, it has become trendy to use charcoal not only for clearing your stomach but for cosmetic purposes as well. If you want to use a toothpaste that contains charcoal, you should remember that it is abrasive. By clearing the outside surface of your teeth, it also partially scraps off the enamel which, unfortunately, doesn’t get restored. This makes your teeth more sensitive and appear dimmer. In addition to this, little pieces of coal can get stuck in fillings and dents, causing irritation.

Dentists claim that in order to have a perfect smile, you should just visit a dentist.

Electronic cigarettes with changeable cassettes are becoming more and more popular (IQOS). They are believed to be less harmful than regular cigarettes. But because the heated electronic cigarettes generate nicotine aerosol that consists of tobacco and other chemicals, they’re turning out to be even more harmful to people’s health.

Based on the results of some studies on bronchus epithelium in people who smoke IQOS, electronic cigarettes can lead to inflammation, oxidative stress, and other bad consequences for the lungs and the airways. In the long-term, it can lead to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cancer.

Kegel exercises are designed not only for women but for men as well, and if done correctly, they’re supposed to make the muscles of the pelvic floor stronger. But this kind of exercise has a lot of contradictions. For example, if a person has pain in the pelvis or urinary incontinence, this exercise can worsen things or hurt the bladder and kidneys. More than that, many people do this exercise the wrong way or do too many reps, hoping to get a faster result.

If you have health issues or want to get rid of them with Kegel exercises, you should consult a doctor first.
