The Starry Night, a moderate abstract landscape painting (1889) of an iconic night sky on a small hillside village, one of the Dutch artists. This is one of the most famous works of Vincent van Goghát.

The oil-on-canvas paintings are dominated by a nighttime sky with blue swirls, a moonlit crescent glow, and rendering stars as the globe radiates. One or two cypress trees, which are often described as flame-like, are located in front of the left foreground, their dark branches curl and sway in the movement of the sky that obscures the path. In all of this animation, a village is structured on the far right side of the painting. The lines are controlled to create small houses and steeples of a church's slender, emerging as a lighthouse against the green hills. The brilliant yellow squares of the houses evoke the welcoming light of peaceful houses, creating a tranquil corner amidst the chaos of the painting.

Scream is the most known and most frequently recreated piece of all of Edvard Munch's motifs. With the expressive color, the flow, and the overall effect striking, its appeal is universal.

Despite the radical simplification, the landscape in the painting can be realized when the Fjord of Kristiania sees it from Ekeberg, with a sweeping view of the fjords, towns and the farther hills. On the left side, at the end of the road with the cross-cut handrail, we see two loafers, often regarded as two friends that Munch mentions in the picture-related notes. But the shape of the front is the first image that attracts the viewer's attention. Its two hands hold the head tightly and the mouth is open loud in a silent scream, amplified by undulating movements running through the surrounding landscape. This number is unclear and it's hard to say it's a man or woman, young or old-or even if it's human.
